FAQ


When will my order be available to ship?

We have implemented a “quick ship” program. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours.

What is your return policy?

All claims must be made within 10 days. A credit will be issued after the return merchandise is received and inspected. Please see our TERMS AND CONDITIONS for more details.

Can I order online?

Yes, you can order online! If you are an existing Park Designs customer, simply LOGIN. If you are a new customer, you will need to REGISTER with us.

How do I follow-up on an order?

How do I update my account information?

You can update your online account profile information anytime, just log into your account using the link at the top of the page. Once you have logged in, click on “My Account” located at the top middle portion of the page.

You can update the following information once you've reached the My Account page:

  • First and Last name
  • Email Address
  • Password
  • Add/Change Billing and Shipping Addresses

Updates to your online account are effective immediately

How do I get a catalog?

Our catalogs are available online. If you would like to request a physical catalog, please click HERE.

What is the minimum order?

$400 minimum opening order, $100 minimum reorder. Items are sold in wholesale quantities.

What address do I send my payment to?

Our remit address for customers to mail their payments is: P.O. Box 87618, Chicago, IL 60680-0618

September Supplement merchandise becomes available in November

January introductions are available to ship in February

Mid-Year introductions are available to ship in July

Seasonal merchandise starts shipping in June

How do I find out who my rep is?

How are backorders handled?

Backorders will be indicated on your Packing List and backorders under $50.00 are automatically cancelled. All other backorders will be held and shipped without notice. If you would like to have backorders under $50.00 shipped when they can be filled, please indicate this in the comment section during checkout or contact our customer service department at 800-326-3382.

What are Park Designs freight policies?

Freight ships FOB Goldsboro, NC via FedEx. The cost of freight is added to your invoice.
